New Service pricing structure from April 1st 2015
In a new initiative to further enhance customer service satisfaction, we are happy to announce a new service pricing structure.
The result is that wherever a customer is located in mainland UK – from Land’s End to John O’Groats – the maximum chargeable travelling time for a Sodick service engineer’s visit will be two hours in each direction.
The new program will also benefit local customers in circumstances when an engineer’s journey time is extended – for example by road works, floods or diversions.
Managing Director Mr Peter Capp explained: “Because customer satisfaction is a top priority for Sodi-Tech, we are always looking for ways to improve our service offering. We know from customers how much they gain from our service engineers’ site visits and our new initiative makes those visits even better value.”
