This free of charge service extends to a maintenance help line – designed to ease you through any machine related technical issue you may require answering.
Sodi-tech provides structured training courses for new operators as well as re-training and advanced training for existing personnel at our Coventry technical center and showroom.
Sodi-tech do not use subcontractor service staff.
Sodi-tech service and support is provided by our in-house team of 9 Japanese trained service and support staff.
In addition, our resident Japanese technical support team (based in coventry) provides technical backup for both UK staff as well as other European distributors creating a direct link back to Sodick Japan.

Sodi-Tech EDM Ltd. houses at its Coventry technical center approximately GBP 2.2 million worth of spare parts and consumables ready for next day dispatch.
